Liverpool vs West Ham
This game week’s Premier League action will draw to a close on Monday the 24th of February when Liverpool and West Ham face off.
The two sides are very much in contrasting form heading into the tie.
Liverpool are undefeated in the league this term and are a staggering 22 points clear of 2nd place Manchester City.
But whilst Liverpool are all but certain to clinch their first-ever Premier League title this year, West Ham are fighting for their life at the wrong end of the table.
The Hammers lost their game in hand 2-0 vs Manchester City on Wednesday evening. As a result, David Moyes’ side are still 18th in the PL.
West Ham could move out of the drop zone with a win or draw vs Liverpool.
But given Liverpool’s form and the fact the tie is at Anfield, anything other than a Liverpool victory on Monday does seem rather unlikely.

Henderson a doubt for West Ham
Liverpool may be forced to take on the relegation-battlers without one of their key men though.
Jordan Henderson was forced off 80 minutes into Liverpool’s Champions League defeat earlier this week.
After the tie, Jurgen Klopp confirmed the Liverpool skipper felt something in his hamstring, although, he also claimed Henderson wasn’t overly concerned:
“Hendo felt his hamstring, unfortunately.
“We have to wait. He was not too concerned but enough to go off obviously.” As quoted by the Evening Standard.
But despite Klopp playing down the injury somewhat, it looks as though Henderson could miss Monday’s game.
According to the Evening Standard, Henderson is a major doubt for the West Ham clash.
The report from the ES also claims Henderson is yet to undergo a scan to determine the full extent of the issue.
