Ziyech yet to debut
Chelsea had a very active summer, bringing in seven new first-team players.
And barring Malang Sarr, who has now joined FC Porto on loan, all but Hakim Ziyech have now made their competitive Chelsea debuts.
The reason for this being that Ziyech picked up a knock during the Blues’ pre-season clash with Brighton.
Said injury has confined the midfielder, who signed for Chelsea all the way back in February, to the sidelines ever since.

Ziyech leaves Morocco camp
Of course, with Willian gone, Ziyech is now really the only player on Chelsea’s books who operates best from the right-wing.
Kai Havertz, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Christian Pulisic are all capable of playing there.
But there is no doubting that when the former Ajax standout returns, he should be able to quite easily cement that role as his own.
And in recent days, Chelsea have been handed a boost in regards to Ziyech’s return.
Despite being unavailable for Chelsea this season, Ziyech was called up to the Morocco squad for the current international break.
The midfielder would not start in Morocco’s 3-1 drubbing of Senegal on Friday. However, he would come off the bench for the final 30 minutes.
Morocco are now set to face DR Congo this coming Tuesday.
But it does not sound as though Chelsea fans should be too concerned with this development as it is believed that Ziyech’s departure was agreed before the Senegal game. Suggesting his withdrawal is not due to a fresh injury blow.
