Leicester vs Liverpool
The weekend’s Premier League action kicked off a short time ago.
The first tie of the weekend saw Leicester City play host to Liverpool, in what was expected to be a hugely entertaining affair.
The Foxes head into the game in slightly patchy form, having managed two wins, two draws and a defeat from their last five Premier League outings.
However, Liverpool were in even worse form. Jurgen Klopp’s side will kicked off at the King Power down in 4th place in the English top-flight, a whopping 10 points off table-topping Manchester City, who also have a game in hand on the Reds.
And after losing three of their last five, Liverpool are in fact in serious danger of dropping out of the top-four altogether, making a win over the Foxes almost essential.
Milner injured vs Leicester
At present, the score remains 0-0, though Liverpool have dominated the majority of the tie and had slightly better chances.
There was also a claim that Mohamed Salah should have been awarded a penalty, but nothing was given after a VAR check:

Elsewhere, with less than half an hour played, Liverpool have been dealt yet another injury blow.
Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez, Joel Matip, Fabinho and most recently, Ben Davies, are out of action due to injuries.
And now, Jurgen Klopp and co. have seen yet another senior player pick up a knock.
James Milner started against Leicester, but after going to the ground in some pain, the midfielder was forced to come off in place of Thiago 17 minutes in:
