Tottenham’s starting XI to face Sheffield United was unveiled a short time ago, with the Lilywhites faithful no doubt buzzing with anticipation ahead of what could prove an explosive showing.
Spurs are set to get their Premier League campaign back underway shortly, in a meeting with the Blades in the capital.
The clash marks another crucial one for Mason and co., who, as things stand, sit outside the English top-flight’s European places.
A 3-point haul this evening, though, would guide the hosts clear of both West Ham and Liverpool, into 5th.

Sheffield United, on the other hand, have of course long been destined for the Championship, and sit rock bottom of the Premier League table, with just five wins to their name all season.
One such victory, though, did come last time out, when Paul Heckingbottom’s men got the better of Brighton at Bramall Lane.
Alli back in the picture
Ahead of the action getting underway in north London, meanwhile, as is customary, the starting line-ups of both sides were unveiled a short time ago.
And it is the XI set to take to the pitch for the hosts which has since piqued widespread attention in the buildup to the capital clash.
This comes with interim Spurs boss Ryan Mason having opted for an explosive front-4 featuring all of Heung-min Son, Gareth Bale, Harry Kane and, most surprisingly of all, Dele Alli.
There are also starts for the likes of Eric Dier, Serge Aurier and Giovani Lo Celso:
Tottenham XI: Lloris, Aurier, Dier, Alderweireld, Reguilon, Hojbjerg, Lo Celso, Bale, Dele Alli, Son, Kane
Sheffield United XI: Ramsdale, Baldock, Egan, Basham, Bogle, Norwood, Fleck, Stevens, Osborn, Brewster, McGoldrick#TOTSHU
